body oilThese oils are made from natural ingredients and packaged in amber glass bottles with polyseal lids. They can be used for massage or healing work, for luxuriously fragrant baths, or as body rubs to protect from dryness or chapping. Each contains only herbs and essential oils in a sweet almond oil or olive oil base. A little goes a long way.

Baby — calendula and chamomile flowers in an apricot oil base

This oil is safe for infant care as well as delicate skin. It can be safely used for eczema and to soothe other skin conditions. Safe for children and elderly skin. Contains no essential oil (only apricot oil) and infused herbs.

Ligament — fresh Balm of Gilead, chamomile, calendula, olive oil, wintergreen, peppermint, sage, eucalyptus, and camphor essential oils

Used for deep tissue and ligament damage. Rub in for a very soothing and healing massage.

Perineal — sage, rosemary, roses, thyme, vitamin-E oil, and sage essential oil in an olive oil base; a fragrant, nontoxic massage oil that increases elasticity during childbirth

Works best for skin elasticity if used a few months before delivery date. Also used to reduce scarring from wounds and previous scar damage.

Trauma — St. Johnswort, calendula flowers, mugwort, Rescue Remedy, lemon grass, and arnica flowers (when available), in an olive oil base—rub onto sprains, strains, aches; soothing to skin

Trauma oil provides relief for sprains, strains, aches, carpal tunnel syndrome, new tattoos, and many other traumas that occur in our everyday lives—a first aid must.

Warming — essential oil of cinnamon and clove in a sweet almond oil base for a comforting rub

Brings soothing heat at the beginning or end of a day. Rub into toes to help warm the feet or on sore, tired, cold muscles. It makes an aromatic bath—deep and relaxing.

Balm of Gilead — olive oil base with fresh Balm of Gilead buds

Traditionally used for inflammation due to rheumatism and arthritis. Also works well for dry and scaly skin such as dry eczema and psoriasis.

Hair Oil

Hair oils can be used instead of cream rinses to give your hair a natural shine. We are offering two kinds:  a blend with olive oil for darker hair and one with apricot oil for those with lighter hair. Please specify when ordering. To use the hair oils:  put about a teaspoon of oil into your palm and rub into your hair before showering, starting at the ends and working your way up. Longer hair may take up to a few teaspoons. Rub gently up to scalp, making sure not to use so much that your hair is greasy, and leave on for 5 minutes or longer. I enjoy wrapping a hot towel around my oiled head for about a half hour. Then wash with your normal shampoo. Treatments are recommended 2–3 times a month for healthy hair. Also beneficial for using before being in the hot sun.

Dark Hair roses, rosemary, lavender, mandarin peel, ylang ylang oil in an olive oil base. Recommended for heavy darker hair.
Light Hair chamomile, linden and elder flowers, ylang ylang oil, and lemon grass oil in an apricot oil base. Recommended for blonds and baby-fine hair.

Ear Oil

Soothes the ear canal when infected or from just too much wax buildup. Should be used before and after coning. Contains: mullein flowers, yarrow, witch hazel, and St. Johnswort infused in olive oil. Available with or without garlic oil; please specify when ordering. Supplied in glass dropper bottles.
