In the opening of this class we will learn how to make Marijuana Honey oil and Liquor. I will talk about the different ways to work with this herb for the best results. We will also cover the herbs that work for simple as well as more complex relaxation herbs, and how they relax the body and why one would choose one over another.

Many different herbs work for NERVINE TONICS which are used for the treatment of headaches, depression, body aches; sleep disorder, restless leg syndrome, etc. For example:

Lobelia has worked for many to relax the lungs after a coughing spasm. Lobelia is also used to help tobacco smokers quit because it helps to alleviate the cravings for tobacco.
California Poppy is a strong sleep aide and pain tonic
Catnip is used as a stomach nerve relaxant
Chamomile is a general nerve tonic safe for everyone
Hops  promotes calming with alertness
Lemon balm is a  heart nerve relaxant
Marijuana is used as for sleep and promotes calming or can be used as a stimulant depends on preparation
Motherwort is used for heat palpitations
Oat straw / Milky oats  offer calcium for nerve tonics
Opium Poppy for strong pain relief, not as a tonic depending on the  preparation, and also depends on how used.  This is considered a smart herb.
Skullcap as a nervine works well with western medicine
St. Johns-wort reduces inflammation, is calming for emotions, and is used as a nerve reliever
Valerian root is a strong sleep aide and pain reliever
Wood Betony is a strong headache nervine tonic
White Willow Bark,  is used as an anti-inflammatory
